Short description
The X-35 One Design was an immediate success in Europe. The reasons for this are all in the quality of design and construction, which are realized in a boatload of great versatility, capable of competing effectively on any given situation and with every regulation, but also to accompany a family cruise. The hull is built in fiberglass sandwich with a Divinycell foam core to keep the light boat, but stiff and strong. The outer skin using vinylester resin to increase stamina;the rest of the boat is made of polyester. A grid structure galvanized steel inner stiffens the hull in the crucial area of the keel. Cast-iron fin keel is bolted through the hull and this structure distributes loads from sailing and the weight of the lead bulb at hull.
