The internal layout of the Hanse 495 due to profuse expertise from working with Watervision Schnaase Interior Design allows optimal use of the enormous amount of volume that designers have allocated in the hull. The freeboard is high enough, then there are lockers and pushy, contributing to an atmosphere of refined interior. The hull has enough space under the planking for cantinole and other storage areas.
The standard layout includes a large double bed in bow cabin and two large aft cabins. The arrangement provides for the TOILET and sink in a separate room from the shower to starboard, then both spaces can be used at the same time. Aft, there is a bathroom with shower which serves the two cabins. The brightness and level of finish on the square are literally amazing. The cooking area is to port and, of course, a large wine cooler, two drawers, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and oven fires three, a microwave and two large stainless steel sinks. The Corian worktops granite color add a touch of elegance. (some of these are optional accessories)
The dinette to starboard is enormous and u. Eight adults are completely at ease around the table. The midship bench has two internal, offering a space bar, and a pantry. The bottle racks are built and well shaped.
The chart table is on straight, with all spaces typical of the Navigator. Above, a removable Panel for electronics, the plotter, VHF, AIS and other navigation tools. The height available throughout the boat is exceptional. Instrumentation notesThe standard provides for SIMRAD display multifunction IS40 to starboard wheelhouse; These include its manageable transducers (speed, depth, temperature).
Many possible upgrades: by way of example and not limited to the following: SIMRAD NSS8 touch screen GPS chart plotter, chart table; SIMRAD Broadband Radar 3 g; SIMRAD RS25 VHF at chart table, including AHK05, wireless laptop. Autopilot, SIMRAD control unit & Gyro FluxGate Compass RC42.
